FRANÇOIS PHULPIN

I started in 1975 to do research works in Information Technology (French Philips Lab).

From 1981 to 1987, I founded and developed Apside Technologies, IT Services Company
focused on Industry Segment: Experts Systems, Embedded Software, Networks.
In 1987, I joined Capgemini group (10 000 people) and acted as COO France from 2001 to
2003.

In 2004, I acted as the president of Alligra, subsidiary of ASTEK group, where I have
been a Share Holder since 1988 (year of start). The value proposition was to develop new
consulting approach for an efficient use of new technologies in big accounts.
In 2006, I was in charge of ASTEK in Paris and in 2007 I launched ASTEK in Vietnam (Ho
Chi Minh and Danang) for Off-Shore developments.
From 2009 to March 2014, I have been the General Manager of ASTEK Group
(www.groupeastek.com).

In April 2014, I started my Consulting firm, F Partners, to advise boards of IT services
companies in the market of Digital Society, based in Paris and Bangkok (Asean market).

I have experienced as a Board member in IT companies, as a Business Angel, and in
Social activities (NGO in Nepal, in France).
